The Rivas Brothers is an independent film production company founded by siblings Miguel, Moises, and Laila, three lifelong storytellers united by a passion for visual art, music, and human connection.

Each sibling brings a distinct creative strength to the collective:

• Miguel Rivas, a director since the age of fourteen, has helmed dozens of music videos and short films. His mastery of pre- and post-production drives the company’s cinematic vision.

• Moises Rivas, a photographer and filmmaker with degrees in Photography (BFA, Fashion Institute of Technology) and Philosophy (BA, The City College of New York), brings a keen visual sensibility and deep narrative perspective to each project.

• Laila Brooks, a makeup and hair design specialist trained at a prestigious institution, completes the trio with her expertise in crafting character through visual transformation.

Together, the Rivas Brothers blend artistry, authenticity, and emotion to create films that reflect everyday humanity — stories about love, struggle, and belonging.
